They are making there own choices to fill there pockets . The government is not gonna make poor people Any more poorer or richer . Just look at both administrations from as long as you have been alive . There are still poor people and still rich people . Whether Busch or Reagan , Clinton or Osama I mean Obama . Nothing has changed and it never will . If parents don't wont there kids to be poor then make them finish school and college . instill God values and not world values . Instill in them the privilege of being an American and what hard work can get you .
