604w Lhie_AlvaI was just getting out more, doing more things and eating right. To be honest I didnt even think about how big I was and I never discouraged myself. I just changed my mindset and began to love my body and who I am and I dunno the weight just started coming off. Im now started at the gym though and now I have a dog I take him on lots of walks
