This is Alfonzo , he is 10 years old and autistic . I love working with him ! Working with kids like Alfonzo isn't a job it's a passion . I've been working with mentally challenged kids for 5 years . I volunteer for 4 and started getting paid last year! I love them ! It's a great feeling to help and make these kids and young adults happy
