I use myfitnesspal app to keep track of what I eat628wYeah, I normally cook at home but I go out with business people and friends so we go to these restaurants and I'm like yummyyyyy but I always work out.628wThanks girl! Yeah I'm doing the same thing. I never drink soda or eat fast food. We cook all our meals at home628wGreat job keep up the good work! personally I've lost 8 pounds in two weeks. I've cut out pop and fast food out of my life and I just do hard core workouts twice a day for an hour each. Lots of water and veggies.628w
