Although I'm not super fit and my physique is not where I want it to be, I can happily say that I feel 100% comfortable in my own skin and in a better place emotionally than I was 3 years ago. My weight loss journey has not only been about changing my body but also about believing in myself again and having the self confidence to get out of my comfort zone to try new things that have changed my views about the way I live my life and the example I set for my family. It's not a matter of being able to do something; we're all capable of doing and accomplishing great things, but a matter of having the will to do what it takes to change our current situation.
