I can say once I had hit 200lbs I was making excuse why I was gaining weight. Like I had no gym to workout at , or I'll count how many calorie I eat tomorrow so I don't over eat. But it didn't change anything . & I gain a whole 50lbs. I tried diet pills, diet plans , blah , blah , blah & nothing worked ! Until I came across this picture & it made relies that this is all a mind thing & I AM MY OWN GYM. Yes I spend some money , but only on vitamin pills, healthy food, wii fit, yoga mat & balance ball. & this time nothing is gonna stop me because this is what I think of all the time. You don't need diet stuff or diet plans . You just need to get your MiND & BRAiN on the same track .
