Elevator Push-ups challenge: these hit the chest, shoulders (front delts) and triceps. You will also engage your abs as well. Instructions: You start with one push-up then sit up raising your arms over your head as shown in the pic. Continue with two then three and so on. After every push up you have to sit up and execute that many straight arm raises before returning to do more push-ups .
These where taken around Feb/March 2012. Im much bigger now and planning on making this look fat once I start cutting. Also I know I'm going to get the prison comments lol I had just woke up and it was snowing and I couldn't go to the gym.
